Our History

Thorton Capital was created to serve our clients growth needs. We assist both startups and growth companies with there business and capital needs. In many ways our company was created to serve the needs of existing clients who needed additional services but did not want to have to contact numerous firms to assist. This is where Thorton Capital can play a large role.

Thorton Capital can manage client and investor relationships. If your fund or company is seeking to raise private or public funds and needs a seasoned firm to assist with the process Thorton Capital can assist (we do not sell securities) with document preparation and possible broker or investment bank introductions.

Investor Relations

Thorton Capital can assist with investment bank or broker dealer/investor introductions. There is no fee for this on either the front end or back end, but is a courtesy to our clients. We do not sell securities of any kind.

Offering Document Writing

Thorton Capital’s team writes private placement memorandum and prospectuses for private and public companies. We assist companies both onshore and with offshore private offering memorandum documents.

Business Plan Writing

Let Thorton Capital assist with your business plan writing requirements. Our team assists companies worldwide with top of the line business plan writing, financial projection and due diligence.

Investor Networking

Thorton Capital maintains up to date lists of investment bank, broker dealer and investor contacts and leads including some of the most active investment banks and broker dealers. We do not, however, sell securities or take any fee for networking.
